PRAWNS CUTLETS

Ingredients:
1 bowl medium size Prawns
1 bowl grated coconut
1 finely chopped onion
Lime size tamarind
1 tspoon Turmeric powder
1 tspoon red chili powder
1 ½ tspoon Garam masala
3 table spoon Rava
Oil to fry
water
Salt to taste

Procedure:
Mix grated coconut, tamarind and little water and grind in mixer for a minute.
Put this mixture in a bowl and add finely chopped onion, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala and salt to it.
Also add prawns to this mixture and mix it well.
(Mixture will look like the one shown in the picture)
Make small cutlets out of this mixture; roll it in rava and
shallow fry on the tawa till golden brown.
Instant Prawn cutlets are ready to serve with tomato ketchup....

Serves: 4-5

SPINACH (PALAK) CRISPIES

Ingredients:
1 bunch of Spinach (palak)
1 cup Chickpea flour (besan)
½ tspoon Cumin powder (jeera)
½ tspoon coriander powder
Pinch soda bicarbonate
½ tspoon red chilly powder
Water
Oil to fry
Salt to taste

Procedure:
Mix chickpea flour (besan), soda bi carbonate,
red chilly powder, and cumin and coriander powder, salt.
Add little water and make thick paste.
Wash and chop spinach and add it to the above better.
(Process demonstrated through the pictures)
Take oil in a Kadhai (frying pan) and
fry spinach crispies till golden brown.

Spinach is very rich in Vitamin A, which makes it beneficial for weak eyes. Spinach is known to be an anti-aging vegetable and reverses age related breakdowns, making you youthful and fresh…..
So friends do try this recipe which is instant to make and healthy as well….

BISCUIT DELIGHT

Ingredients:
1 Pack Marie Biscuits
50 gm Butter
100 gm Icing sugar/ crushed sugar
3/4th tspoon coffee
1 cup water
1 ½ tspoon coco powder
Gems chocolates & Grated chocolate for garnishing

Procedure:
Preparing icing: Take mentioned quantity of butter and mix crushed sugar in it and prepare a smooth paste. Add coco powder to this mixture beat well and keep aside.
Preparing coffee: Boil 1 cup water, add coffee powder to it and prepares coffee.
Take a flat utensil (Plate).
Dip each biscuit in coffee liquid and arrange on the plate in a round manner (shape of a flower)
Preferably each layer should contain 7 biscuits.
Once a layer is ready pour some icing prepared on it and spread evenly.
Repeat this for every layer till the top and final layer is formed.
Now spread the icing evenly on the top and cover the cake so that the biscuits are not seen.
Garnish the cake with grated chocolate and decorate it with gems.
Let the cake set for 10-12 min in the fridge ( The more you freez it better it will taste)
Yummy biscuit delight/ cake is ready to serve……..!!!!

FARSAAN BHEL

Ingredients:
1 cup mixed farsaan,
2 finely chopped onion,
chopped corriender,
1 tomato finely chopped,
2 table spoon tamarind pulp,
3 table spoon joggery,
1 tspoon red chilly powder,
1 tspoon dhaniya jeera powder,
salt to taste,
sev to garnish.

Procedure:
In a bowl take tamarind pulp, add joggery, salt, red chilly powder, dhaniya jeera powder.
Take farsaan in another bowl add finely chopped onion add this chutney made in the other bowl to it and mix it well.
Bhel is ready to serve.
Garnish it with sev, finely chopped coriander and tomatoes.

Serves: 3

EGG PATTIES

Ingredients:
2 boiled eggs
2 boiled and mashed potatoes
1 table spoon chopped coriander
1 tspoon coriander powder
1 tspoon jeera powder
1 t spoon garam masala
2 table spoon crushed rice flakes(Poha)
2 green chilies finely chopped
Oil to fry
Salt to taste.

Procedure:
Make 2 halves of the boiled eggs and keep aside.
Mix all the ingredients i.e. 1 table spoon chopped coriander,1 tspoon coriander powder,1 tspoon jeera powder,1 t spoon garam masala, 2 finely chopped green chilies, mashed potatoes and add salt to taste. Mix it well and make balls of equal size.
Take a ball on your palm and cover a half egg with it.
Do the same for the others halves of the eggs.
Roll these patties in crushed rice flakes (poha) and shallow fry on frying pan by adding 1 tspoon of oil.
Fry till golden brown.
Egg Patties are now ready to serve with tomato ketchup.

SABUDANA WADA

Here's the first recipe....

Ingredients:
1 cup sabudana
2 boiled potatoes
4 green chillies
1 inch ginger
handfull of groundnuts
oil to fry and salt to taste.

Procedure:
Wash and keep Sabudana for 2-3 hours.
Mash boiled potatoes,add chopped green chillies,ginger, semi crushed groundnuts to it.
Also add sabudana and salt to this mixture.Mix well.
Make small wadas by giving desired shape and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
Serve hot with tomato catchup or coconut chatni.
Serves: 3-4 persons
