Capsi Prawns

Ingredients: 
3 medium size Capsicum
2 small onions
1 small Tomato
2 Tb spoon Oil
1 t. spoon ginger garlic paste
1 t. spoon Garam Masala
1 t. spoon red chili powder
1 t. spoon turmeric powder
Hand full of dried prawns
1 Tb. spoon Grated coconut
Water
Salt to taste

Procedure:
Prawns Marination: Take water put half t. spoon turmeric powder &
 half t. spoon salt in it and add prawns n let it marinate for 10min.

Now take a Pan heat 2 Tb. spoon oil in it.
Add finely chopped onion,ginger garlic paste and saute for sometime.
Add finely chopped tomatoes and capsicum to it.
Then put Garam Masala,red chili powder,turmeric powder and mix well till its cooked properly.
Add marinated prawns to it after draining the water.
Cook for sometime and put salt to taste and grated coconut to it.Serve hot!




STRAWBERRY DELIGHT..

Ingredients:

1 Tab. Sp. Basmati rice

200 gms Milkmaid

1 T. sp. Honey

1-2 T. sp. Strawberry Syrup

1 T. sp. Sugar

¼ T. sp Cardamom powder

1 cup Milk

1 T. sp. Pure Ghee

1 tab sp. Dry fruits (Cashew nuts, Almonds, Raisins) &

Fresh strawberries for garnishing.

Procedure:

Wash & spread rice on a muslin cloth for 15min, then pass it through mixer making a coarse powder of it.

Take pure ghee in a pan add coarse powder of rice toss it on low flame.

Then add milk and let it cook.

When done add milkmaid, strawberry syrup and cardamom powder.

Caramelize sugar add dry fruits to it and 1 T. sp of honey to give it a glazy look

Decorate the glass with it. Pour the ready mixture in the glass.

Decorate with strawberries & serve as shown in the pic above.
