FRENCH TOAST

Ingredients:
2 Goan bread or sliced bread
1 tspoon ghee
1 egg
Salt to taste
1 table spoon sugar
1/4th tspoon cardamom powder

Procedure:
Make 2 halves of bread.
Beat egg in a bowl.
Add a pinch of salt, 1 tables spoon sugar and cardamom powder
Mix it well.
Dip bread halves in the above prepared better.
Put ghee in a toaster and toast the bread halves one at a time.
Serve Hot!!
