BABYCORN MANCHURIAN

Ingredients:
100 gms baby corns
Hand full of corn flour
½ cup Maida
1 table spoon Soya sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 table spoon tomato ketchup
3-4 chopped green chillies
Finely chopped ginger and garlic
Oil to fry
Salt to taste
Water
Finely chopped coriander for garnishing

Procedure:
Make four halves of a baby corn.
Prepare a better of corn flour, Maida, salt by adding water to it.
Dip baby corn in the better and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
(As shown in the picture)
Take oil in a Kadhai.
Toss finely chopped ginger garlic, green chillies; add all the sauces, salt.
Also add corn lour mixed in water.
Add 2 cups of water to this mixture and bring it to boil.
Now add fried baby corns to this gravy.
Garnish it with finely chopped coriander and serve hot
Can be served with rice/bread/roti....

Serves: 2-3
Cooking Time: 15-20 Minutes
Recipe: Veg. starter
