1 cup Sweet corns
1 small grated carrot
1 Onion chopped
1 tspoon ghee
1 Veg Maggie cube
1 table spoon corn flour
A pinch of black pepper powder
4 cups water
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Boil sweet corns for 5 minutes.
Take ghee in a pan.
Add chopped onion and fry till transparent.
Add boiled corns to it and also add grated carrots, 3 ½ cups of water and bring it to boil.
Add corn flour dissolved in ½ cup water.
Add black pepper and Maggie cube, salt and bring it to boil.
Sweet corn soup is ready….Serve it Hot..!!!!
