Kesar pista ice cream

Ingredients :

200gm tin condensed milk
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cup milk
Pinch of kesar
Handful of pista sliced or finely chopped.

Procedure:

1. Mix plain milk and condensed milk in a bowl. Add kesar mixed with boiled milk and kept for few minutes fr the flavour to be extracted.
2. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream till slightly stiff peaks are formed.
3. Fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture. Add pista pieces.
4. Pour the ice cream mix into an air tight container and allow it to set in refrigerator overnight.
5. You may blend the mixture again once when it is just about to set but not yet completely frozen. Then put it back into the container and refrigerate to set.
6. Kesar pista ice-cream​ is ready to serve.

Veg Spring Roll

Ingredients:

 Long slit veggies
1/ bowl cabbage
1 medium size Carrot
1 Capsicum
1 Onion
1 tspoon ginger garlic sauce
1/2 tspoon soya sauce
1/2 tspoon chilli sauce
Salt to taste.
Oil
Pepper powder
Spring roll readymade sheets

Procedure:


For the filling:
In a pan tk 1 tablespoon oil. Add onion fry till it softens. Add g&g paste ..fry till it's cooked well. Add carrot. Toss for sometime. Add capsicum and cabbge.
Do not over cook like v do for sabzi..Let the veggies be lil crispy.
Add the sauces and then salt.
Pepper powder. Let it cool.

Now tk the spring roll sheets and as per the procedure mentioned on it roll it with the filling inside. Deep fry. Serve hot with shezwan sauce.

Note- Spring roll sheets are available at Magsons(Panaji Goa)..they are of a rectangular shape.
