Ingredients :
200gm tin condensed milk
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cup milk
Pinch of kesar
Handful of pista sliced or finely chopped.
Procedure:
1. Mix plain milk and condensed milk in a bowl. Add kesar mixed with boiled milk and kept for few minutes fr the flavour to be extracted.
2. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream till slightly stiff peaks are formed.
3. Fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture. Add pista pieces.
4. Pour the ice cream mix into an air tight container and allow it to set in refrigerator overnight.
5. You may blend the mixture again once when it is just about to set but not yet completely frozen. Then put it back into the container and refrigerate to set.
6. Kesar pista ice-cream is ready to serve.
